Oh no! :( Please email us at kl@klxkl.com with your order number plus a picture of the damaged item and we will get back to you ASAP. 

Solutions vary, but in most cases KLxKL  will provide you with a full refund, store credit, or ship a replacement of the exact item purchased. 

Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within seven days of delivery.
